Art and Fashion meet travel as two of the nostalgic carriages receive an artist’s makeover by Thai artist, Somnuek (Parn) Klangnok; with whimsical drawings evoking a sense of fantasy; and celebrating the glamour of travel, Thai fashion designer, Vvon Sugunnasil introduces stylish new uniforms.The artwork depicts an ethereal world of princes & princesses, adorned with beautiful flowers invoking the feel good factor.
Eastern & Oriental Express travels on one of the most magical and memorable routes in the world, through stunning scenery from Singapore through Malaysia and across central and southern Thailand, to and from Bangkok
A Magical Train Journey
With the signature green and gold carriages and elegant interiors taking one to a forgotten era, the train carries just 82 guests in ensuite air-conditioned cabins with two dining cars, a bar car and outdoor observation car from which to enjoy the scenic landscapes of Southeast Asia
Added to the route and the ambience, be pampered with excellent cuisine, as the chef draws inspiration from the travel route. Dedicated 24-hour steward service ensures every comfort and off-board excursions add on to the exciting experience.
