Armed with an Engineering Degree from Swami Vivekananda College, Chembur and a Management Development Program Qualification from IIM Ahmedabad, Mumbai boy, Bharat Ajwani, always know that he had tall trees to climb. A go-getter right from the start, he has been tirelessly working for causes close to his heart as well as doing what he likes the most-networking. As Managing Director of his company, he dons many hats, and wears all with aplomb. He is also the founder of the Sindhi Chamber of Commerce, one of India’s largest growing networks of Sindhi professionals and entrepreneurs. Q: As Managing Director of your own company, Tecnik Group of Companies , how do you find the time to don the myriad hats that you wear?
A: Being a management student, I have mastered the art of Leadership. I have created 20 leaders in my Organization & we invest in their training programs. WE have made them capable of managing the day to day running of the company.
Q: Tell us something about the various projects you are involved with.
A: Over the last 10 years, I have been instrumental in the launch of many projects. I’d specifically like to mention a few of the Government projects I have been involved with- Pradhan Mantri Bhima Yogahna, Swacch Bharat – Build Toilet Blocks and Blind Man Rally. We are currently working on a new scheme with the Government -Loan Sanction in 59 Minutes
Q: What is your dream project?
A: The Sindhi Chamber of Commerce is a Community project and I want SCC to be a 5000 members club with branches in US / UK / Canada / Dubai / HKK / Singapore / Malaysia

A: Love ,Trust & Leadership are the key words that drive me
Q: What is your typical working day like?
A: For me, a typical working day entails lots of travelling from one point to the next since I am involved in a number of projects.That is the way I like it!
Q. What motivated you to start the Sindhi Chamber of Commerce?
A: My biggest motivation for starting it was to make a difference to the Sindhi community
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: My hobbies include reading management books, and running. I have been a marathon runner. These are the activities that keep me going. These are stress busters and they keep me updates as well as fir!
Q: Tell us about the book you are writing
A: My book is at a very initial stage. It is a book on Leadership & Marketing.
Q: Tell us about the importance of networking as this is something you are very passionate about.
A: Networking is business. I always say, “My Network is My Net Worth”
Q: Who inspires you? From past and current luminaries?
A: The two people who inspire me deeply are Richard Branson and Narendra Modi.
